About the role
Four Winters is looking for a Junior People & Operations Specialist to support teams and improve daily operations across Four Winters and other High Ground brands.
This is a field-based role. You’ll spend time in branches and production spaces, identify what needs attention, and follow improvements through.
Responsibilities
Support employee development, engagement, and performance across branch and production teams.
Screen and interview candidates for kitchen, production, and branch roles.
Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and address challenges.
Develop and improve internal systems, procedures, and operational standards.
Train and guide employees, set clear expectations, and monitor progress.
Support performance management and address workplace conduct issues fairly and consistently.
Work with managers and teams to improve efficiency and accountability.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in HR, operations, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confidence in giving feedback, addressing problems, and holding people accountable.
An organized, practical approach to solving problems.
Initiative and consistent follow-through.
Willingness to work on-site and visit branches regularly.
Experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus.
