About the Role
Four Winters is looking for an Ice Cream Maker to prepare ice cream, welcome guests, and keep daily service running smoothly.
You’ll follow recipes, learn to use the equipment correctly, and work with the team to make every cup consistent.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve ice cream according to recipes and quality standards.
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, portions, and presentation.
Welcome guests, answer menu questions, and help them choose.
Handle ingredients and equipment safely and correctly.
Keep your station, equipment, and service area clean and organized.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
Monitor ingredient use and record waste accurately.
Support teammates during busy periods.
Qualifications
